The cost of the book is only $35.00. The cost for shipping and handling and time to deliver is charted below for your convenience. Sales tax for books sold in Virginia is $1.75, no sales tax is charged to delivery addresses outside of Virginia. Too many numbers? Basically, the cost for receiving a book in Virginia is $36.75 + S/H, and the cost to receive a book outside of Virginia is $35.00 + S/H.
